Lee Gravel’s choice to work in conservation was not an accident. As a child, he developed a deep relationship with the outdoors and wildlife. Now, he’s using his work to give back to nature.

Erin Ogle is the 2020 winner of an Impact Award. She is a Project Coordinator in Taylor County in Southwest Iowa. Erin helps farmers and landowners put in conservation practices on marginal land, that is usually unprofitable.
